Bulk cargo handling

Since 2001, the Franz Fischer Group has been providing a de-icing salt storage facility for a customer. This hall has a capacity of 22,000 tons. Nevertheless, the storage area was not enough and in 2014 a new hall with a capacity of 10,000 tons was build.

We can load tip trucks, walking floor and silo vehicles. Normal tip trucks are filled with the wheel loader. The wheel loader has its own scale, that the load weight is continuously checked to prevented unnecessary reloading. Walking floor or silo vehicles are loaded via a conveyor belt that is loaded with the wheel loader.
