The company's own car wash has been an integral part of the company and has been an important pillar of the Franz Fischer Group for decades.

The plant has an exterior cleaning with brush washing portal and an internal cleaning for tank and silo vehicles as well as IBC.

The brush washing portal and the internal cleaning for tank and silo vehicles are used especially for our own fleet. They are also available to foreign vehicles.

Monday to Friday   7:00 - 17:00
Saturday   7:30 - 11:00
Vehicle is cleaned outside

Individual appointments outside normal opening hours are also possible at customer request.

We not only clean trucks with and without semi-trailers!

Vehicle is cleaned inside

All vehicles that do not fit in a normal car cleaning, get an outdoor cleaning with us, e.g. Buses, vans, campers or horse trailers.

Cleaning of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs)

is also performed. Our services include pickup and delivery service, container management, repair, maintenance and acceptance.


NEW: Testing of chemical hoses

Now we offer the regularly recurring tests of chemical hoses according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and the German Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV).

Our service includes: external control, fluid pressure testing, ohm or M hose electrical conductivity testing, EN 10204 documentation, hose list management and TRBS 1201 / TRBS and repairs.

HTS GmbH

The cleaning plant approved under the BImSchG operates HTS GmbH, which belongs to the Franz Fischer group of companies. HTS GmbH is a member of the German Association for Tank Cleaning e.V., issues the uniform EFTCO Cleaning Document (ECD) and is rated according to the internationally recognized SQAS standard of the CEFIC.

Two independent cleaning lanes guarantee separate cleaning of food, chemicals and dangerous goods acc. GGVSEB / ADR.

The system has seven cleaning heads and two power heads with automatic detergent dosing.

Using an activated carbon filter and modern methods for saving energy and water, the plant meets the ecological requirements of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG). This includes its own water treatment before being fed into the public sewage system.
